Electric underfloor heating is a popular choice for bathrooms, kitchens and extensions: it's invisible, comfortable underfoot and simpler to retrofit than water-based systems.
We work with your flooring installer or builder to connect the heating mats or cables, fit the thermostat and floor sensor, and provide the dedicated supply and RCD protection required. The system is tested before and after the floor is laid.

Good to know
Testing at every stage
Heating cables can be damaged while the floor is laid. Testing before, during and after installation means problems are caught while they're still easy to fix.
How much does electric underfloor heating cost?
Every job is different, so we price it once we understand what's needed. The main factors are:
- Floor area and heating output
- Mats or loose cable
- Thermostat and controls
- Whether a new circuit is needed
- Coordination with flooring trades
We explain charges before we attend and agree the price of any work with you before it starts. Sending photos in advance helps us quote more accurately.
Electric Underfloor Heating: FAQs
Can underfloor heating be fitted under any floor?
Most tile, stone, laminate and engineered wood floors can be used with suitable systems. Check the floor manufacturer's guidance on maximum temperatures.
Can you repair existing underfloor heating?
We can test the system to establish whether the fault is in the thermostat, sensor, supply or heating element. Element faults under a finished floor are harder to repair, which is why testing during installation matters.
