Keeping on top of EICRs, emergency lighting tests, fire alarm servicing, PAT testing and day-to-day repairs across one or many properties is easier with a single plan and a single contractor.
We set up planned maintenance arrangements that schedule your periodic inspections and tests, keep records in one place and include agreed arrangements for reactive repairs. Contracts are tailored to your properties and compliance needs.

Good to know
Why plan maintenance?
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 place ongoing duties on those responsible for premises. A planned schedule with records is the clearest way to show those duties are being met.
How much does a maintenance contract cost?
Every job is different, so we price it once we understand what's needed. The main factors are:
- Number and type of properties
- Services included (EICR, emergency lighting, fire alarms, PAT, repairs)
- Frequency of visits
- Reactive repair arrangements
- Reporting requirements
We explain charges before we attend and agree the price of any work with you before it starts. Sending photos in advance helps us quote more accurately.
